Like a close family, we bring clients' ideas and designs to life with services such as BIM staffing, 3D modeling, renders, visualizations, and more.ROLE DESCRIPTIONThis is afull-time, on-site, leadership rolelocated inNagpur . We are seeking a highly experienced MEP BIM Manager to oversee the implementation, standardization, and coordination ofMechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems modelingon exclusive luxury residential/commercial projects. The primary focus is to ensure the technical integrity, clash-free coordination, and data accuracy of all MEP BIM deliverables from concept through construction. The ideal candidate will be a technical authority and leader, capable of setting MEP BIM strategy and managing a team of MEP BIM Modelers and Specialists.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Oversight : Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for the MEP disciplines, ensuring compliance with international and company standards (e.g., ISO 19650). Coordination Leadership : Lead all advanced inter-disciplinary coordination and clash detection processes, focusing specifically on resolving conflicts between MEP systems (ductwork, piping, trays) and Architectural/Structural elements. Team Management : Manage, mentor, and train the MEP BIM team (modelers/specialists) to ensure high-quality, data-rich model production and adherence to established workflows. Content & Standards : Establish and maintain the MEP content library (families, smart objects) and design templates to standardize information and increase modeling efficiency. Systems Integrity : Ensure the MEP models support advanced functions like systems analysis, load calculations, and construction-ready fabrication detailing (LOD 400). Quality Assurance : Conduct regular, detailed audits of MEP models to verify geometric accuracy, data integrity, and suitability for quantity takeoff (5D BIM). Stakeholder Liaison:Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, design consultants, and the construction team regarding all MEP BIM deliverables and coordination issues.QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering (or related field). 8+ years of professional experiencein MEP design and BIM implementation, including a minimum of 3 years in a BIM Leadership/Managerial role. Expert proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage (mandatory for clash detection and coordination). Proven experience in setting up and managing a Common Data Environment (CDE) for large, complex, multidisciplinary projects. Familiarity with systems analysis software (e.g., HAP, IES-VE) and their integration with BIM is highly desirable.
