Your work profile.


We are looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving business and strategic account growth with a keen focus in the areas of Enterprise Sales, IT Software Solutions, and Services Sales. The candidate will be majorly responsible for Account Hunting / Direct Sales / Lead Generation for Sitecore Platform oppurtunities across different verticals such as Banking / Education / Insurance / Healthcare /Logistics Transportation / Telecom / Manufacturing etc.

Core responsibilities:


Market Analysis:


Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the CX and MarTech ecosystems

Lead Generation:


Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies tailored to our Sitecore offerings

Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and participation in industry events, to generate high-quality leads

Relationship Management:


Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their and proposing suitable solutions

Managing and strengthening relationships with clients and strategic partners and developing a deep understanding of their changing requirements and long-term business strategies

Working closely with leadership to understand their strategic priorities and creatively identify partnership opportunities to support those priorities

Work with MarTech vendors & partners to develop new business opportunities

Sales & Pipeline Management:


Identifying ways to innovate our sales approach including product demonstrations, automation & new offerings

To expand and develop business by wining new logos

Track and report on key performance indicators, analyzing the effectiveness of lead generation efforts

Skills and Experience:


Should have understanding of the CX and MarTech platforms

Have basic understanding of the various Sitecore MarTech platforms

Proven successful lead generation and B2B SaaS sales management experience

Strong experience and ability to define GTM for the products

Must be analytical and results orientated through all stages of the sales cycle

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience

Must be a well-networked professional specifically in India market

Capacity to understand the big picture while maintaining a penchant for detail

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
