Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AEM Architect to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving architecture, design, and implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives, and leading large-scale CMS implementation projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand project requirements and provide blueprints or solution design documents for tactical or system integration projects.
  • Prepare detailed technical designs for templates, components, and services layers.
  • Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives.
  • Identify and solve complex business problems through in-depth evaluation.
  • Lead large-scale CMS implementation projects using Adobe Experience Cloud, Drupal, Sitecore, Salesforce, or Contentful.
  • Assist in presales by providing solution architecture, assumptions, and estimations for RFPs.
  • Design and implement external integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Communicate architecture and design to the development team and review pull requests to ensure quality.
  • Manage tasks, communicate status to leads, and complete tasks on time and within budget.
  • Stay well-versed with deployment models of AEM and roles between Adobe and partners.
  • Implement non-functional requirements including performance and scalability.
  • Follow DevOps processes like CI/CD involving Adobe Experience Cloud components.
  • Work with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP for compute and CDN.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of overall experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with CMS including Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, or Contentful.
  • 4-5 years of experience in web application development and AEM deployment architecture.
  • Strong Java development skills.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, REST, OSGi, Sling, and SOAP.
  • Experience with build scripts in Gradle/Maven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a significant workload.
