Assistant Manager / Manager – Accounting & Compliance📍 Location: Delhi, India 🧾 Qualification: CA (Final Dropout) 💼 Experience: 4–6 years 💰 CTC: As per Industry standards Perfect Accounting is looking for an experienced professional to join our Accounting & Compliance team. If you have strong accounting skills, hands-on experience in managing compliances, and enjoy leading client relationships — we’d love to meet you 🔹 What You’ll DoSupervise day-to-day accounting operations for multiple clients.Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports.Maintain 100% compliance with statutory requirements under GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act.Handle financial statement preparation and coordinate client audits.Prepare and reconcile differences between year-end MIS and audited financial statements.Discuss reconciliation adjustments with clients and obtain management sign-offs.Respond proactively to client queries and ensure adherence to agreed TATs (Turnaround Times). 🔹 What We’re Looking ForCA (Final Dropout) with 4–6 years of experience in accounting and corporate compliances.Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax, and financial reporting under the Companies Act.Prior experience working in or for manufacturing or trading companies.Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and other ERP/accounting software.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage and lead teams effectively.Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes. 🌟 Why Join Perfect AccountingJoin a client-focused, growing firm that values precision, ownership, and professional growth.
