Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing DirectorLocation: Netaji Subhash Place, New DelhiReporting To: Managing DirectorExperience: 2–6 yearsEducation: B.Com from a regular college is mandatoryType: Full-Time, On-SiteCompensation: Upto 6 lpa Interested candidates can share their CVs at hr@vivektravels.com Job Summary:The Executive Assistant will support the Managing Director by handling day-to-day administrative, coordination, and communication tasks. The role requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information.Key Responsibilities:Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, meetings, and travel plans.Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.Follow up on pending work and ensure tasks are completed on time.Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts as required.Organize meetings, events, and business travel arrangements.Maintain records, files, and important documents.Support in project tracking and daily office operations.Any other task assigned by the reporting manager.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from a regular college is mandatory.Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.Salary Package upto 6 lpa.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Well-organized, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.Professional, polite, and proactive in managing work.Personal Qualities:Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.Good time management and multitasking skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work independently and under pressure.
