Job Opening: Senior Accountant (Real Estate Experience)Experience Required: 4+ YearsLocation: HyderabadCompany: E-INFRA (Real Estate & Construction)Job Summary:- E-INFRA is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong experience in the real estate and construction sector. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting operations, project-wise costing, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and real estate billing processes.Roles & Responsibilities:Accounting & Financial Management- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). - Manage project-wise costing, budgeting, and expense tracking. - Monitor cash flow, funds utilization, and bank reconciliation statements (BRS). - Process accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, RTGS/NEFT. - Maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions.Real Estate–Specific Responsibilities- Prepare customer demand letters, stage-wise billing, and follow-up for payments. - Manage customer accounts, receipts, and reconciliation. - Work with sales, CRM, and site teams for customer payment verification. - Handle RERA-related documentation & compliance support. - Manage TDS on customer payments and coordinate with banks for loan disbursements.Statutory Compliance- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESI (if applicable), and other tax requirements. - Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and coordinate with auditors. - Assist in annual audit closure and ensure timely submission of required documents.Reporting & Coordination- Prepare MIS reports for management—project costing, sales collections, outstanding reports, budgets, etc. - Coordinate with internal departments for financial accuracy and control. - Maintain vendor ledgers, reconcile balances, and resolve discrepancies.Qualifications & Skills- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA-Inter preferred. - 5–6 years of experience in real estate or construction accounting is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST & TDS compliance. - Excellent financial reporting, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.-Employment Type - Full-time, On-site-How to Apply - Interested candidates can send their CV to: hr@e-infra.in - Or apply directly through LinkedIn.
