Today, Steadfast is more than a pharmaceutical company, it is a research based organisation having expertise in Pharmaceuticals and Nutraceuticals, having 350+ people working in the organisation and having it's own dedicated research and development centre along with an independant QC and Microbiology lab strengths the ethics of the organisation to delivery world class products and services globally.Our goal is to be a long-term advisory for the healthcare sector, ensuring 360-degree excellence in the industry.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Product Manager, located in Noida. The Product Manager will oversee product development from conception to launch, conduct market research, develop product strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities also include managing the product lifecycle, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Product Manager will work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.Qualifications Experience in product development and management Market research and analysis skills Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with the sports nutrition and wellness industry is a plus Understanding of D2C and Digital Marketing TrendsExpectations Right candidate will manage the product portfolio from scratch to scrap. Candidate will be involved in product performance and work closely with sales team to enhance performance. Candidate will visit retail outlets, exhibitions, events and seminars, meet customers and ensure correct communication about brand ideology pan India. Candidate will manage product compliances, procurement, regulatory and other necessary tasks related to product management.Office Location C-14, Sector-85, Noida - 201305 Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 6:00pm Nearest Metro Station: Sector 137 Aqua LineNote Candidates living in Noida or willing to relocate nearby office will be preferred.
