This is a full-time ,on-site role for a Senior Backend Engineer at Transond Systems, located in Coimbatore.Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintainscalable backend servicesand APIs for multi-tenant platforms. Buildmicroservicesapplyingcloud-native architecture principlesandindustry best practices . ImplementRESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints , and integrations with external systems. Collaborate withfrontend, data, and DevOps teamsto ensureseamless system integration . Applysecurity, multi-tenant data isolation, and performance optimizationpractices. Optimize backend performance withRedis or other caching frameworks , database queries, and efficient data handling. Architecttransactional vs analytical data segregationto support multi-tenant workloads. Applyadvanced DSA expertiseforalgorithmically efficient solutions , data structures, and system-level optimizations. Participate incode reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoringjunior engineers.Required Skills & Experience 5–8 yearsof backend development experience, preferably inMERN stack(MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). Strong familiarity withmicroservices architecture principlesand ability toput them into practice . High expertise in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)for scalable and high-performance systems. Experience withRedis or other caching frameworksfor performance optimization. Proven ability tosegregate transactional and analytical datain multi-tenant environments. Hands-on experience withAPI design, messaging queues, event-driven systems(Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT). Knowledge ofcontainerization and orchestration(Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding ofCI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices . Expertise indatabase design, optimization, and scaling(MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar). Experience withsecurity best practices : authentication, authorization, and data isolation.Nice to Have Exposure toreal-time IoT or telemetry systems . Experience withGraphQL, Redis advanced patterns, or caching frameworks . Familiarity withcloud services(AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures. Knowledge ofevent sourcing and CQRS patterns .
