us:Caizin, headquartered in Pune, India, with offices in Redmond, WA, is a software product development company specializing in bringing Saas product ideas from concept to customers.From products in the Manufacturing domain, Caizin has now taken 3 Saas products to the Indian, the US, and Europe markets.Leadership in product management, design, and technology, backed by successful entrepreneurial journeys and subsequent exits of our leaders, puts us in a unique situation to help product ideas reach the intended customers better and faster.Key Planning & Analysis:- Develop and manage the companys financial forecasting and budgeting processes.- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.- Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.Accounting Oversight:- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and records.Reporting & Compliance:- Prepare and ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax filings, and audit requirements.- Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.- Coordinate internal and external audits and manage audit processes.Cash Flow & Liquidity Management:- Monitor and manage the companys cash flow, ensuring that the organization has sufficient liquidity for its operations.- Recommend measures to optimize cash flow, reduce costs, and improve financial performance.Team Leadership & Development:- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial decisions are aligned with business objectives.Strategic Financial Insights:- Evaluate the financial impact of company initiatives and suggest improvements for operational efficiency and profitability.- Provide financial data to support the company's growth strategy, acquisitions, and investments.Must have skills:- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.- Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Nice to have skills:- Experience with financial modelling and forecasting.- Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
