The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distributed systems and a deep understanding of Rust programming best practices.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using Rust.- Architect and implement distributed systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, and performant.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.- Ensure security and data protection in backend services.Requirements :- 5 to 8 years of overall software development experience.- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Rust.- Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture and design patterns.- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services.- Familiarity with asynchronous programming, memory management, and concurrency in Rust.- Proficient with version control systems (e. g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a bonus.
