This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, hands on environments and wants to grow into a long term leadership track.Key Responsibilities Work closely with the founder ondaily planning, brand execution, and coordination Assist incontent shoots, influencer collaborations, events, and brand activations Manageday-to-day communication and follow-upswith vendors, partners, and internal teams Support withoperations and logistics , including dispatches, product samples, and event preparation Create and maintain basic reports, task trackers, and schedules Be available totravel for shoots, meetings, and eventsas requiredIdeal Candidate Strong sense oforganization, ownership, and initiative Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills(English) Confident working independently and handling multiple tasks simultaneously Tech savvycomfortable using Microsoft Workspace, Notion, Excel, and WhatsApp Business Interest inbeauty, fashion, lifestyle, or brand building.
