Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential candidates.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings in the HR space.


2. Employee Relations and Engagement:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying improvement opportunities

- Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.


3. Performance Management:

- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.

- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor KPIs for employees.

- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and improvement plans.


4. Training and Development:

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Stay well-informed about industry best practices and trends in HR and employee development.

- Identify and implement training initiatives to support business goals and employee growth.


5. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements in collaboration with the compliance team.

- Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and HR regulations, and implement necessary adjustments to HR policies and procedures.


6. HR Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

- Drive various HR strategic initiatives, including talent management, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development.

- Prepare regular reports on HR activities, employee performance, and HR metrics.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

- Proven experience in HR roles (minimum 3 years), demonstrating a deep understanding of HR best practices and principles.

- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations and drive employee engagement.

- Proficient in using HR software and other business development tools.
