Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Jamnagar. This is a full-time position where youll play a crucial role in aligning our HR strategies with the ever-evolving business objectives of Reliance Industries Limited. You will work closely with senior leadership to support, develop, and implement effective HR practices.

  • Facilitate organizational development initiatives to align employees with company goals and growth strategies.
  • Provide expertise in conflict resolution and change management to achieve corporate objectives.
