City Head - Franchise Development Head JDKey Responsibilities:- Lead city-level strategy and execution for private partnership and franchise network expansion.- Identify, evaluate and onboard new franchise partners aligned with Indofasts business model.- Develop business plans to achieve city-wise station growth targets and network milestones.- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis and opportunity assessment for new locations.- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure smooth station operations.- Drive profitability and sustainability for franchise partners through continuous support and monitoring.- Coordinate with operations, marketing and central teams for partner enablement and performance tracking.- Ensure compliance with company standards, operational guidelines and customer experience benchmarks at all franchise locations.- Represent Indofast in local market forums and establish the company as the preferred partner in EV battery-swapping Requirements:- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Management or related field.- 5 to 8 years of experience in business development, franchise expansion or network building (EV/automobile/retail/logistics sectors preferred).- Strong negotiation, networking and stakeholder management skills.- Proven track record in delivering growth through partner-led models.- Strong analytical ability to assess business potential and optimize market opportunities.- Entrepreneurial mindset with execution-oriented leadership.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
