- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to conceptualize, scope, and propose innovative, data-driven, and scalable solutions.- Translate complex client requirements into clear solution blueprints, RFP responses, or technical proposals.- Assess feasibility, risks, dependencies, and ROI for proposed client solutions.- Ensure solutions align with both client goals and the company's delivery capabilities.- Project Oversight & Delivery Coordination- Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- Define and track project milestones, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with Delivery Managers and Technical Leads.- Manage escalations, risks, and dependencies with transparency and urgency.- Ensure a seamless handover from Sales to Delivery, maintaining continuity throughout the client lifecycle.- Strategic Account Growth - Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion within existing accounts.- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop account growth strategies and renewal plans.- Analyze account health data, usage patterns, and feedback to drive value-based recommendations.- Position the organization as a trusted innovation partner that drives tangible client success.- Data, Insights & Reporting - Monitor and analyze solution performance metrics, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction data.- Create actionable insights and executive summaries to showcase value realization and identify improvement areas.- Partner with internal Analytics and BI teams to deliver data-backed recommendations for clients. Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Finance to ensure the delivery of client commitments.- Provide structured feedback to the Product team regarding feature requests, usability improvements, and emerging client needs.- Support the Sales enablement process by contributing to pitch decks, case studies, and customer success in Client Management, Solution Consulting, or Program Delivery, preferably in SaaS, IT Services, or Enterprise Solutions.Proven success managing enterprise accounts or large-scale client implementations.Strong understanding of technology-driven business transformation, solution architecture, or consulting frameworks (ref:iimjobs.com)
