Job Summary :We are seeking a techno-functional specialist to lead and support our Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and operations. This role is responsible for coordinating between business and IT COE for right MRP Process setup in our ERP platform, ensuring accurate material planning, seamless production scheduling, and efficient inventory management.Key Responsibilities :- Oversee the MRP Operation Process including Planning, Supply schedule and material coverage process.- Co-ordinate Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements and with supply chain, procurement, and production teams to align system capabilities with operational needs.- Co-ordinate system testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) during ERP/MRP upgrades or implementations.- Monitor MRP runs and resolve exceptions related to material shortages, lead times, and demand fluctuations due to systems bugs.- Perform root cause analysis on planning discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and training materials.- Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective use of MRP tools.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and system :- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.- 8 - 12 years of experience in MRP operations and ERP system management.- Strong understanding of BOMs, routings, lead times, and production planning principles.- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S4 HANA Cloud.- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) is a plus.- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Preferred Skills :- Experience with discrete or process manufacturing environments.- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma,- Ability to manage change and lead cross-functional projects.Note : For your candidature to be considered on this job, you need to apply necessarily on the company's redirected page of this job.
