Role - Application Support Bachelors degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information At least 5+ years of professional experience in Application Support and DevOps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our LARA Application system.
- Monitor system health, proactively respond to monitoring alerts, and inspect application and system logs to take appropriate action in case of error conditions.
- Keycloak changes.
- Detailed analysis of error messages and app problems.
- Checking database entries (e.g., are recorded assets missing?).
- Able to work with IaC definitions (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes Manifests).
- Troubleshooting network connectivity and synchronization issues.
- Implementation of minor patches and configuration changes (additional button/ better workaround/ support reports).
- Support improvements in Application architecture.
- Assist in debugging and performance optimization.
- Document solutions and collaborate with the development team.
Required Skills:
- In-depth technical understanding of the Java and Angular Applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with databases (MongoDB, MinIO) and network communication.
- Knowledge of the data model.
- Debugging skills.
- Experience with mobile applications and error analysis.
- Technical competencies: Docker, MongoDB, MinIO, Helm, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Keycloak, Java, Angular.
- Familiarity with version control systems (preferred GitHub).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Soft skills:
- Languages: Proven English language skills.
- Personality: Enjoyment of creative solutions and independent work.
