Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supporting and managing non-ERP applications, with a focus on ServiceNow.

The selected individual will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and operating multiple non-ERP applications. They will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into effective system configurations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing application solutions that meet user needs and align with security protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Providing user training and support to ensure seamless adoption of new applications.
  • Documenting system configurations, customizations, and integrations through comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborating with the Infrastructure team on cloud adoption to Azure as part of a cloud-first strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Minimum 5 years of overall experience with expertise in application support and management.
  • Expertise in application management activities such as performance monitoring, uptime, workflow, troubleshooting, service management, and server lifecycle management (Windows/Linux).
  • Knowledge of SQL and ITSM fundamentals.
  • Experience in stakeholder/vendor management.
