Key responsibilities include:- Plant Care & Management: Oversee the cultivation of plants, including selection, planting, and maintenance. - Research & Development: Study plant species, pests, diseases, and environmental factors to improve plant growth and sustainability. - Advisory Role: Provide advice to farmers, gardeners, or landowners on soil management, pest control, and planting methods. - Landscape Design: Assist in the design and layout of public and private gardens, parks, and other green spaces. - Education & Training: Conduct workshops and training for the staff on best horticultural practices.
