The ideal candidate will bring strong digital media sales experience, established agency connections, and a proven track record in client servicing and campaign execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive CTV ad sales through digital agencies and direct brand partnerships.Build and maintain strong relationships with top agencies and direct clients.Lead end-to-end campaign execution – from client brief to final reporting.Identify new business opportunities and grow revenue across the CTV ecosystem.Collaborate with Ad Ops and Planning teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery.Requirements3–8 years of experience in digital ad sales or media agency roles.Hands-on experience working with digital agencies and strong knowledge of OTT/CTV platforms.Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.PreferredPrior exposure to CTV/OTT advertising.Based in Mumbai with familiarity of the West India digital media market.
