Edureify - Manager - Business Development

Role & Responsibilities:
- The job role entails conducting market research, generating leads, and actively engaging with C-level / HOD Dean-level executives to effectively present Edureify IT Professional Training.
- Connect and engage with at least 20-25 prospects on a daily basis.
- Build and manage relationships, and regular follow-up with the prospect.
- Actively track accounts using a Sales CRM platform, manage the process, and update weekly tracking of all qualified prospects.
- Conceptualize & implement effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.
- Schedule webinars seminars, and sales appointments for all Sales Managers and help them in the sales qualification of leads.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrates sales aptitude and is assertive, persistent, a good listener, and self-motivated.
- Has excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is self-confident with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks.
- Can work independently as well as with the team.
