- Conduct detailed scoping of SAP C4C solutions to align with business requirements.

- Configure business settings including code list mapping and language adaptation.

- Integrate SAP C4C with other CX products and SAP systems such as SAP CPQ, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ECC using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

- Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation process.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and integration workflows.

- Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in SAP C4C and related technologies.

Requirements :

- Strong knowledge in the scoping of SAP C4C solutions and business configuration.

- Expertise in code list mapping and language adaptation within SAP C4C.

- In-depth experience with integration of SAP C4C with SAP CPQ, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ECC using SAP CPI.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with technical and non-technical teams.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
