The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of professionals, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of stock market professionals to achieve performance targets.- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and plan future Monitoring:- Set clear performance goals and objectives for team members.- Monitor team performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.- Implement strategies to improve team productivity and and Development:- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.- Stay updated with the latest market trends, tools, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.- Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the and Documentation:- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, operational issues, and market trends to senior management.- Maintain comprehensive records of team activities, performance metrics, and compliance issues.- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance client Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related Skills & Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Outbound sales process, stock market, BPO or financial services industry.- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent understanding of stock market operations and financial instruments.- Proficient in using trading platforms and financial analysis tools.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
