The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting project execution, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring successful on-time delivery. This role involves managing documentation, preparing schedules and reports, conducting project meetings, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day project activities.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project activities and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.Track project progress, timelines, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation.Conduct project meetings, record minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain clarity.Assist in risk identification, issue tracking, and escalation management.Support implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of project processes.Qualifications & SkillsStrong skills in project coordination, communication, and cross-team collaboration.Ability to track and monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.Experience in creating project plans, schedules, documentation, and reports.Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset.Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.PMP certification is a plus and will be considered an advantage.
