Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Professional to join our team and drive the development and optimisation of our operational processes. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring efficient production, vendor management, quality control, and supply chain management while upholding operational excellence at Dameasy Consumer Products.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline operational processes and maximise resource utilisation.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure smooth procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.
  • Oversee on-site and channel partner product inventory (online and offline) to ensure accurate production cycle planning and reporting.
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards, ensuring products comply with company specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor production schedules and coordinate activities to align with demand forecasts and customer orders.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance efficiency across operations.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with third-party manufacturing partners and service providers.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all key operational processes.
  • Act as a collaborative team player, effectively working across departments to achieve company goals.


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and departments within the organisation
