- Operating from headquarters Located in Noida, a team of 175 dedicated employees strives to build the trade network worldwide and provide a complete solution to the trade community to increase ease of business and reduce costs incurred by them while working through traditional Sales and Marketing Channels.

- A bootstrap company already having offices in 3 countries,- tradologie.com- is expanding its workforce aggressively and is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals with ambitions to grow with the organization aiming to set up international bases across EU and Africa in the upcoming financial year.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection) for various roles.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist in creating job descriptions.

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal details, attendance, leave, etc.

- Support initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Knowledge of HR process.

- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.

- A proactive approach and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
