The BIM Modeler will be responsible for plumbing models for Irrigation systems and Pool/ Water Featutes, collaborating with architects and MEP consultants, and developing construction drawings. Daily tasks will include updating models, ensuring model accuracy, coordinating with project teams, and adhering to project specifications and timelines.QualificationsBuilding Information Modeling (BIM) experience Knowledge in Architecture and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) systems Ability to produce and interpret construction drawings Strong communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in relevant software tools Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field Experience in project management is beneficial
