Evergreen Adcon offers customized services that are economical and updated with the latest technology. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a BIM Modeler. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for plumbing models for Irrigation systems and Pool/ Water Featutes, collaborating with architects and MEP consultants, and developing construction drawings. Daily tasks will include updating models, ensuring model accuracy, coordinating with project teams, and adhering to project specifications and timelines. Qualifications Building Information Modeling (BIM) experienceKnowledge in Architecture and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) systemsAbility to produce and interpret construction drawingsStrong communication and collaboration skillsProficiency in relevant software toolsBachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in project management is beneficial
