As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales Marketing to lead our direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing efforts.


Role Overview:

As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's growth and market presence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer engagement. Your primary focus will be on performance marketing, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute innovative D2C marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

2. Lead all aspects of performance marketing, including paid advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

3. Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance, optimize ROI, and identify areas for improvement.

4. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.

6. Build and nurture strategic partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and other relevant stakeholders to expand brand reach and drive customer engagement.

7. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of success in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior marketing role.

- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.

- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Prior experience in the consumer goods or e-commerce industry is highly desirable.

- Mumbai or Pune-based candidates preferred.
