Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:Ensure the staffing needs of the company are met with delighting turn around, with a long-term talent strategy in mind Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure an unmatched brand experience for candidates Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/ interviewerexpectations Build strong relationships with existing hiring consultants and review progress on a daily build and maintain performance scorecard for hiring partners. Identify and onboard new partner's basis hiring needs Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff Liaise with search partners and communicate the requirements effectively and share real time feedback on the interview process Manage internal candidate referrals and job posting Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Negotiation on compensation, offer, closure, formalities related to notice period buyout, onboarding etc. Partner with other HR team members to ensure great onboarding experience, background verification and documentation closure in time Update MIS, Dashboard and hiring overview.
