Are you a highly experienced and skilled SAP Native HANA Developer seeking an exciting opportunity with a leading Multinational Corporation (MNC)? We're looking for a Senior SAP Native HANA Developer with a strong hands-on background in SQL and Native HANA to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and optimize complex data models within SAP HANA, including Attribute Views, Analytical Views, and Calculation Views.

This involves extensive work with both graphical and SQL Script-based approaches using SAP HANA Studio.

- Design and implement highly complex Native HANA data modeling solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

- Create and maintain Stored Procedures, Table Functions, and XSJS (SAP HANA Extended Services JavaScript) artifacts to support business logic and data manipulation.

- Drive and contribute significantly to SAP HANA XS-related development, leveraging its capabilities for building robust applications and services.

- Collaborate proactively with functional teams to thoroughly understand business requirements, user stories, and data mapping documents essential for development.

- Translate intricate business and system requirements into detailed technical specifications and design documents.

- Actively participate in business and system requirements gathering sessions, providing expert insights and technical feasibility analysis.

- Elicit and address architectural and non-functional requirements from clients, such as performance, scalability, reliability, availability, and maintainability, ensuring these are integrated into the solutions.

- Prepare and execute incremental scripts for efficient and accurate data updates from various source databases.

- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of HANA views and procedures to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP HANA features, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of extensive experience as an SAP Native HANA Developer is mandatory.

- Demonstrable strong hands-on experience with SQL and Native HANA development.

- Proven expertise in building complex data models using Calculation Views (both graphical and SQL Script-based), with a focus on high complexity scenarios.

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP HANA Studio for development and administration tasks.

- Strong experience in designing and developing Stored Procedures and Table Functions in SAP HANA.

- Solid experience with SAP HANA XS-related development, including XSJS.

- Ability to effectively interact with functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Experience in documenting technical designs and specifications.

- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration in Bangalore or Hyderabad.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
