Position Summary:

We seek an experienced Email Marketing and Database Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of driving engagement and sales through innovative email campaigns and data-driven marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in database management and creative skills to craft compelling messages that resonate with a professional audience.


Key Results Area:

  • Responsible for engaging and converting 1-2-Taste’s lead (MQL and SQL) by deploying best in class database marketing practices in different channels as email, WhatsApp, outreach messages and SMS.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end direct marketing campaigns, from concept to analysis, for various segments in the B2B food ingredients market (email, WhatsApp, SMS). 
  • Build email marketing workflows, using the Zoho stack and other tools
  • Collaborate with the 1-2-Taste team members in content, sales, design and marketing on content needed for direct marketing campaigns
  • Utilise segmentation and personalization strategies to tailor communications and enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Plan and perform testing (A/B etc.) to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
  • Understand, evaluate and report campaign metrics. Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyse campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously and take responsibility for implementation. 
  • Maintain Zoho Marketing Automation integration with Zoho CRM and Wati platform (WhatsApp) 
  • Manage email and database marketing activities and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards

Educated to bachelor degree level as a minimum. Ideally in Business, or Marketing

IT

2-3 years working experience with marketing automation systems (e.g. ZOHO, Hubspot, Adobe Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce)

Experience working with Zoho Marketing Automation

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Knowledge of sales automation tools (e.g. Phantombuster, Lemlist, Artisan.co)

Experience using data analysis tools, including SQL.

Experience with Google Workspace (fka Google for Work)

Analytics / Reporting

Proficient in analysing, interpreting and reporting data in Analytics


Character Traits

Can translate company strategies to executable work plans and deliver as promised.

Additional details

  • Location: Chennai, Ramapuram

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Working hours: From 9:00am to 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday / Week. Last Saturday of the month is a working day.
