Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To support fundraising activities including interaction with lenders;
  • Assisting in the documentation of facilities from sanction till disbursement including the finalization of the term sheet, documentation, coordination with their Legal Department, execution of documents, etc.
  • To support in preparation and submission of business projections, CMA Reports and compliance of Banking and statutory requirements.
  • Liaising with internal teams/stakeholders for obtaining information/documents etc which are required for preparation and submission of business projections, CMA and compliance of Banking and statutory requirements during appraisal, sanction, disbursement and post disbursements.
  • Assisting in administering foreign remittances and monitoring the ODI compliance
  • Preparation of MIS/ periodical review presentations as per the requirement of the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Clear Oral and Written Communication, Good Knowledge in Excel/ PPT

Sound understanding of accounting principles.

  • Prior experience in corporate finance
  • Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties.

Experience – 2 to 5 years

Qualification - CA/MBA
