We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive ticket sales for our high-end business coaching events in the United States. This is an international sales process targeting US-based customers, so excellent communication skills with a strong American accent are essential. The role involves engaging with leads, building relationships, and converting them into paying customers while maximizing sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an international sales process targeting US-based leads for premium business coaching events.
  • Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and SMS to keep potential customers engaged and informed.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of US customers.
  • Convert leads into ticket sales through effective persuasion and objection handling.
  • Upsell additional services or event packages to boost revenue.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and updated lead statuses in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaign goals.
  • Stay informed about event features, benefits, and unique selling points to position them effectively in conversations.


Requirements:
  • Fluent English communication skills with a strong American accent (mandatory).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in an international sales process or US sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales software.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working during US business hours to connect with leads in real time.
  • Ability to handle objections effectively and close high-ticket sales.
