We are a leading pharmaceutical company committed to improving global healthcare through the production of high-quality medicines. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Production to lead our manufacturing operations in Hyderabad. This is a critical leadership role, where you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, quality compliance, and driving innovation in our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of production, including planning, scheduling, and executing production operations in accordance with company goals.
- Lead a team of production managers and staff, ensuring efficient resource management and high team performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies (e.g., GMP, FDA, WHO).
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage production costs, budgets, and timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, quality control, and supply chain teams to ensure timely production of products.
- Develop and execute strategies to scale production in alignment with market demand and business growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, driving innovation in production practices.
