Innovapptive is headquartered in Houston, TX, with a Global Center of Excellence in Hyderabad, India.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Head of FP&A to build and lead the financial planning and analysis function at Innovapptive. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own both Corporate Finance and Business Unit Finance, partnering across R&D, Sales and Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and G&A to drive business performance and operational efficiency.This is a high visibility and high impact role that combines hands-on analysis with strategic partnership. You will also have direct exposure to investors (Vista Equity and Tiger Global), bankers, and auditors, playing a key role in shaping Innovapptive’s financial narrative and growth trajectory..What You Will DoLead companywide budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning across all business unitPartner with executives to translate strategy into financial outcomes, focusing on ARR growth, gross and net retention, and efficiencyBuild and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision makingOwn Board, investor, and management reporting, ensuring accurate insights and clear communication of SaaS metricsDrive variance and scenario analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesSupport fundraising, banking relationships, and financial diligence activitiesImplement agentic AI and modern FP&A tools to automate analysis and forecastingPartner with the CFO to drive operating leverage and capital efficiency across the business What You Will BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with exposure to SaaS or enterprise software preferred.Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR waterfalls, NRR, GRR, CAC payback, and Rule of 40/60 efficiencyProven track record of business partnering with C level executivesAdvanced financial modeling and data visualization skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex data into clear insightsCuriosity and passion for agentic AI and next generation FP&A automation What We OfferCompetitive compensation and stock optionsOpportunity to work directly with the CFO and leadership teamExposure to global investors (Vista Equity, Tiger Global)Entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture focused on growth, innovation, and efficiencyContinuous learning environment embracing AI, analytics, and digital finance transformation
