Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Zoho Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Zoho Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Zoho-based solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and subject matter experts, to understand requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications.- The successful candidate will have a strong background in Zoho development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and a deep understanding of Zoho's platform capabilities.- This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization, working on cutting-edge Zoho-based solutions that drive business transformation for our clients.Qualification Requirements :- 6+ years of experience as a Zoho Professional Developer Certification, with a strong understanding of Zoho's platform and ecosystem- Proficient in Zoho development tools and technologies, including Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Analytics- Hands-on experience in solution design, development, and deployment, with a focus on delivering high quality, scalable, and maintainable applications- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management toolsResponsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement complex Zoho-based solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and subject matter experts to understand requirements and architect solutions- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Zoho applications- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers- Stay up-to-date with the latest Zoho platform updates and best practices- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure the quality and reliability of our Zoho-based solutions (ref:hirist.tech)
