We are looking for a results-driven DTC Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in paid media, analytics, and performance marketing, with a focus on scaling DTC businesses through strategic, data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Campaigns: Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and making data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Audience Targeting: Utilize data to segment and target audiences effectively, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
- Funnel Optimization: Drive full-funnel marketing strategies, from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- A/B Testing: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and overall campaign performance to improve ROI.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation to maximize returns and meet KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and brand consistency.
- Retargeting & Remarketing: Build and optimize retargeting and remarketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to track performance, uncover trends, and refine campaigns.
- Customer Insights: Leverage customer data and insights to refine targeting, messaging, and creative strategies to align with customer needs and behavior.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within DTC or eCommerce brands.
- Proven track record in managing and scaling paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with DTC brand strategies, lifecycle marketing, and funnel-based approaches.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
- Knowledge of SEO and organic marketing strategies.
- Understanding of attribution modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence tools.
