Role Title: Executive - AccountsBase Location BangaloreRoles & ResponsibilityKeeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, document management, etc. Monitoring all vendor payment agreements and Paying vendors by scheduling payment. Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis. Reconciling payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate and comparing system reports to balances. Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of A/P manuals, reference guides, and educational tools that support A/P operations. Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc request as directed by management.Educational/ Experience requirementsMaster’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. Basic knowledge on TDS and GST compulsory. Experience in accounts payable is must.
