With a footprint across 40 nations, NIIT offers training and development solutions to Individuals, Enterprises, and Institutions.Link for our LinkedIn page: https://www.linkedin.com/company/niit-limited/Position - Quality ControllerLocation - Gurugram Haryana (Fully Onsite)Duration - 12 Month contract Experience: 1-2 year.Experience in an E-learning companyRequirements:Strong knowledge of testing disciplines and methodologiesExperience in the quality control of training, web-based training/instructor led training is an asset.Define and maintain test plans to create effective QA processes.Test technical functionality/compatibility across multiple browsers and platformsReview text / graphics / audio / interactivity against original scripted contentQA user experience and usabilityStrong communication skills, verbal and written Ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly and simplyStrong analytical, time management, and organizational abilitiesAccountable for carrying out the quality control processes within the projects learning development life cycle including all quality assurance and testing processes for our eLearning coursesWork with the Instructional Designers to verify questions on contentWork with the different stakeholders to implement changes to the course (i.e. Tracking, submitting and verification of all changes)Manages multiple simultaneous QA requests, varying in size, complexity, and typeSkills required:Excellent verbal communication skills.Coordinate with cross tower on day-to-day basis.Knowledge about testing and STLC cycleExperience with LMS platformsExceptional attention to detail, including proofreading and editing skillsExtensive knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of editing/QA** NIIT is an equal opportunity employer.
