Matrix is the worlds #2 corporate workplace design and build firm, operating across 17 cities in APAC with global strategic partnerships enabling workplace solutions in over 80 locations worldwide.We have been at the forefront of workplace innovation over the years, making Space Matrix an award-winning firm delivering over 7.5 Million sqft of inspiring workplaces year on year.To find out more visit www.spacematrix.comRole Overview:Assistant Project Manager role is to support the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects from concept to completion.This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.The Assistant Project Manager works closely with the project manager, design team, clients, and contractors to facilitate seamless project workflows and effective communication.Key Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for adhering to the implementation framework, ensuring effective project management for corporate interior fit-out projects.- You will perform necessary checks to ensure that all criteria for project control and project management are met.- You will oversee the design and site deliverables within your delegated responsibilities.- You will support the Senior Project Manager in coordinating and promoting collaboration among all project stakeholders.- You will assist the Senior Project Manager in negotiations and coordination with vendors and business partners throughout the project's duration.- You will also prepare formal project progress reports for both the client and the company, in alignment with established guidelines.Job Requirements:- You are a project management professional with at least 3 years of experience in the building construction industry.- You hold a diploma or degree in project management, construction management, or a related field.- You possess a solid understanding of the various trades and subcontractors involved in interior fit-outs.- You are tech-savvy and have a proven track record of successfully adopting digital tools and technology initiatives.- You thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering high-quality results without compromising customer satisfaction.- You work well under pressure and can operate independently with minimal supervision.- You are aligned with the Companys core values of teamwork, integrity, and excellence.What Makes Working with Us Special?:- We are recognized & certified as a Great Place to Work 6 years in a row.- Space Matrix won Best Interior Design Firm India at the 2023-24 Realty+ and Economic Times Real Estate Awards.
