Job Description:
We're looking for a PM/SPM(s) to lead the development of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) in our AI Cloud. IaaS provides basic blocks of cloud infrastructure services that serve both cloud native and traditional workloads. This role focuses on data and storage services, such as data-lakes, SQL and No-SQL databases, object storage, block storage, archival etc. This role owns total product experience of these cloud services, including developer tooling, availability, security, observability, UI/UX, pricing, SLAs etc.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, shaping the direction of our AI Cloud to meet the evolving needs of our enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class solution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, roadmap and the complete product lifecycle for Data & Storage services
- Define a compelling total product experience worthy of an enterprise-grade AI Cloud
- Actively engage in customer discovery, taking a hands-on approach to engage in conversations with customers
- Deeply understand the challenges customers face in AI/ML and LLM-based applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from engineering, data science, user design, marketing, sales & customer success for roadmap delivery to customer adoption
- Build solutions that align with market trends and customer needs
Qualifications:
- Domain expertise in Data & Storage services
- Enterprise or early-stage experience preferred
- B2B SaaS product experience preferred
- Passionate about Cloud & AI: You geek out on cloud & AI developments
- Product management experience: You have worked on product lifecycle - definition, development, release and customer adoption.
- Strategically minded: You can quickly grasp both business and customer motivations and goals and craft a plan to drive toward them.
- Exceptional communicator: You communicate clearly and concisely
