We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of one of our latest products, which is gaining significant traction in the market. This role is crucial for executing our current product roadmap, defining long-term strategy, and driving overall success.


Reporting to the VP of Product, the Senior Product Manager will lead a small, dedicated team including a Program Manager and UX/UI Designer and collaborate closely with our Technology and AI teams. The ideal candidate will be strategic with a proven track record in product execution, adept at delivering features and functionalities that deliver on business goals. You will play a key role in shaping the long-term product roadmap and ensuring product excellence, from detailing to adoption.


This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a pioneering product from the ground up and deploy it to Fortune 100 clients. Key Responsibilities:


Product Strategy and Execution

  • Work closely with VP of Product to translate the Product Vision into an actionable roadmap.
  • Create comprehensive product plans and define clear and detailed product requirements.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers for intuitive interfaces.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, and quickly and iteratively deliver product features that delivers on the goals.
  • Meticulously develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Team and Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Program Manager and UX/UI Designers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Communicate product vision and gather stakeholder feedback.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Product Quality and Adoption:

  • Establish and enforce quality standards.
  • Oversee testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Address product issues promptly and implement continuous improvement practices.
  • Drive adoption of products amongst internal teams and within existing projects.
  • Continually gather feedback to inform the product features and roadmap.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management (preferably B2B products), with a proven track record of successful product execution.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience with product analytics tools and methodologies.
