At New Relic, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of our flagship security products. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive the product roadmap effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive and own the product requirements and execution for the next set of innovations and optimizations in the New Relic Security portfolio.
- Build a data-driven roadmap working closely with key stakeholders, including customers, product management leaders, engineering, sales, support, and designers.
- Establish, analyze, and report on clear metrics and KPIs to meet area-specific OKRs that continuously evaluate portfolio performance and feature usability.
- Effectively manage dependencies, priorities, and plans across multiple functional areas across New Relic to ensure alignment to meet business goals.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, PR, Design, and Support teams to successfully bring to the market new application security features.
- Seek and implement automated and self-serve solutions for other product teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and identify key areas of competitive differentiation and market disruption.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Computer Science or InfoSec background preferred.
- 5+ years of experience building and launching technical products as a Product Manager.
- Ability to analyze data and use it to deliver innovative capabilities.
- Ability to identify customer requirements and ship delightful customer experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to bring clarity in the face of ambiguity.
- Ability to write product strategy and roadmap and clearly describe initiatives via customer value proposition to users' journey.
