The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who can transform data into actionable insights and help guide business decisions. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and ensure successful solution delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate across functions to build strong internal and external partnershipsStay informed about market trends and competitive landscapeGather, analyze, and document business requirementsSupport system implementation, testing, and configurationFacilitate requirement analysis and functional design sessionsCommunicate technical and business information effectively to stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceMinimum 2+ years of experience as a Business AnalystExperience working with data projects and environmentsStrong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)Experience in customer-facing rolesPrior experience with US healthcare-related projects is a strong plusExperience with application development projects is an advantageGood to have Skills draw .io, UI UX Wire Frames, MS Excel, MS Power Point.Experience in the pharmaceutical US Health Care domain is a strong plus.Interested candidates may apply by sending their updated resume to your email address.
