Who you are:

As a Sales Manager specializing in workplace design and build services, you’ll play a pivotal role in

driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s customer base.


A dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our workplace design and build services division. Your mission will be to achieve aggressive sales targets, foster strong client relationships, and strategically position our services in the market. Responsibilities: We’re looking for someone to execute

  • Sales Growth: Drive revenue by setting ambitious targets and ensuring consistent

performance.

  • Strategy Execution: Execute the plan as per the management directives which includes and

not limited to expanding our customer base, enhance our market presence, and stay ahead

of industry trends.

  • Client Relationships: Cultivate & nurture enduring relationships with key clients,

understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about emerging markets, product developments, and

competitor activities.

  • Reporting: Will be reporting to Director – Sales & Marketing, present accurate sales, revenue,

and expense reports to senior management from your territory.

  • Proven track record as a successful sales representative or sales manager,

consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences.

Sales Manager in the workplace design and build services industry, the following key skills are

  • Sales Acumen: A deep understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and closing

deals. You should be able to identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads

into sales.

  • Networking Skills: Must be of an affable disposition & able to mingle efficiently.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with workplace design and build services, including trends,

  • Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll be interacting with

clients, colleagues, and senior management regularly.

decisions. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Time Management: Juggling multiple tasks, meetings, and deadlines requires effective time
