The Customer Excellence Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving client queries.Key Responsibilities: Handle real-time on-trip queries from customers. Manage escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolutions. Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport providers to resolve urgent issues. Provide immediate assistance for any itinerary changes or disruptions. Maintain clear and timely communication with customers to ensure a seamless travel experience. Document all queries and resolutions for continuous service improvement.
