About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) Developer/Support Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of our LIMS software.

You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the LIMS system, providing technical support to end-users and continuously improving its functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain LIMS software modules and functionalities.

- Implement new features and enhancements to the LIMS system.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LIMS functionality and performance.

- Participate in the design and implementation of LIMS integrations with other systems.

- Provide technical support to end-users of the LIMS system.

- Diagnose and resolve user issues and inquiries.

- Train end-users on LIMS functionalities and best practices.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the LIMS system.

- Assist with data migration and data integration tasks.

- Manage and maintain the LIMS system infrastructure.

- Perform system backups and recovery procedures.

- Monitor system performance and identify and resolve issues.

- Participate in quality assurance activities, including testing and validation of LIMS :

Experience : 2-5 years of experience in LIMS development, support, or a related field.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of LIMS software principles and best practices.

- Experience with LIMS software development and customization.

- Proficiency in SQL and database management.

- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, JavaScript).

- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Familiarity with laboratory workflows and processes is a plus.

Other Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
