2-4 years of application or platform support experience, preferably in scientific informatics systems (ELN, LIMS, CDS).

1+ yrs of experience supporting or working with cheminformatics/bioinformatics tools.

1+ years of experience with Scilligence or similar platforms like Benchling, IDBS, LabWare, or Dotmatics is a plus.

1+ years of experience troubleshooting for browser-based enterprise applications.

1+ years experience with ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.).

Key technical skills :

Act as the first point of contact for users encountering issues with Scilligence applications such as ELN, SDMS, and Inventory.

Perform L1 and L2 support activities including issue triaging, resolution, and escalation to vendor or internal IT teams as needed.

Monitor system performance, user access, and integration points (e.g., with LIMS, ERP, and other lab systems).

Coordinate with Scilligence vendor support for application patches, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Document incidents, resolutions, and support procedures in a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).

Provide user training, onboarding, and system walkthroughs to new stakeholders.

Perform routine maintenance checks and data validations to ensure data integrity and system availability.

Collaborate with QA, Compliance, and Lab Operations teams to ensure the system adheres to GxP and regulatory standards.
