Job Description

  • Proficient in OS (Linux, Windows Administration)
  • Setting up, configuring and management of Servers (like Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Web Server, Database and Antivirus Server etc) and desktop systems and laptops.
  • Basic knowledge of configuring and managing network hardware like router, switches, firewall, Wifi equipments.
  • Assign and manage IP address spaces (IPv4/IPv6).
  • Security hardening and patch management of servers, desktop systems, laptops and networking equipments.
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and resource usage.
  • Implementation of security policies and regularly monitor the security of IT infrastructure
  • Respond to cyber incidents and draft requisite documentation and reports.
  • Troubleshoot and fixing the issues of IT infrastructure (Servers, Desktops, Laptops etc.)
  • Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by senior officers



Preferable additional skills

  • To carry out end to end web application development in ASP.NET/Java/ PHP/ Python and using database platforms (Oracle / MSSQL / Postgres SQL MySQL etc.)
